Roux Dat Cajun Creole in Capitola is a family run, quick service restaurant in the Brown Ranch Marketplace. Chef Chad, his wife, Aurelia, and daughter, Josephine, are thrilled to share their love for the essence of New Orleans by bringing the bold flavors of Cajun food to the Capitola area.
Roux Dat believes in supporting local businesses and providing healthy food for everyone. Whenever possible we buy our ingredients from local purveyors like sausage from Evergood in San Francisco or Silva Sausage Company in Gilroy and seafood from Stagnaro Brothers. Our stews are packed with vegetables and provide a hearty and healthy meal for all to enjoy! We will offer vegan, vegetarian and even gluten free options daily, and don't worry about too much heat or not enough, all our stews start with wonderful seasoning and our hot sauce selection has offerings for you to turn up the heat as high as you like.
